Follow our steps below to pause a Subscription.

To pause an existing Subscription you will need to login to your online account.

Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.

Identify the active Subscription you wish to modify and click the Pause button.

A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen and the Subscription will show a paused status in the Inactive Subscriptions section.

You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has successfully been paused.
