Why am I not receiving notification emails?
Every time when you make a ticket purchase or have a win, we will send you a notification email.
A ticket purchase notification email is usually sent within 10 minutes, while a prize win notification email is sent a few hours after a draw.
If you aren’t receiving our notification emails there are a few possible reasons for that:
- Incorrect email address – log in your account and check that your contact email address is correct. If the email address is incorrect you can update it at the same time.
- Spam – check your spam folder to see if the email is there.
Check your profile settings:
1-Select the Profile option through the avatar at the top of the site
2- See the bottom of page Personal Details . Options must be selected.
If you are still unable to receive the notification emails please contact your email provider for further assistance.
